Larden is a planet in No Man's Sky.
Summary[ | ]
Larden is a planet in the star system Larden on the PS4 version of No Man's Sky universe.
It is currently the home planet of Bailey Jack, creator of multiple Civilizations/Companys. It also serves as the HQ of RAIN.
History[ | ]
The planet was discovered in 2017 by Bailey Jack during the Pathfinder update and served as his home planet throughout the duration of the Atlas Rises update. Once NEXT had dropped, he left the planet to start the Galactic Myraakian Federation and later Samone Corporation, leaving the planet isolated for a year. Since the creation of RAIN in July 2019, he returned to the planet and later reclaimed it as his home and the HQ of the Company, as of Beyond. It currently houses Bailey Jack's home base and The Vault, a data collection facility for RAIN.
The primary government of Larden introduced a flag to represent it's seat of power and the other controlled system Larden Whitetails.
Planet type[ | ]
Larden is a Frozen planet. It is the only planet in it's system. It originally had a slightly different look, appearing much darker in colour until the NEXT update reformed the landscape.
