Louyen is a region in the Hilbert Dimension galaxy.

The region is estimated to be 4.9 billion years old.

It was the capital region for the Alliance of Galactic Travellers in the Hilbert Dimension during the Atlas Rises era.

It is observed to contain 508 normal star systems. Phantom stars start at solar system hex code 1FD.

This region was the AGT capital territory in the Hilbert Dimension during the Atlas Rises era. As of the Outlaws era, there are on a few traces of ongoing civilized activity, as the AGT mostly abandoned active habitation of it by the NEXT era.

History[ | ]

It was first discovered and settled by AGT Traveller zazariins on AGT Stardate 3733.09.24.1555, on behalf of the Steering Committee (SC) sub-group of the AGT Senior Leadership Team. This followed their decision to migrate inwards from a previous hub located in the Sea of Ajukuna region, which formed part of the Hilbert Dimension's Alpha Quadrant.

The Louyen region was the AGT capital region in the Hilbert Dimension during the Atlas Rises era. It was primarily developed on on the PS4 universe, but with the Expeditions update, the integrated universe brought visibility of Louyen development to all platforms. The Louyen region is much less active since the NEXT era as the AGT shifted its focus to the Yihelli Quadrant.

Historically Significant Systems[ | ]

Louyen is a fully discovered region. Historically, AGT Ogdank SCC and AGT Brsukyv SCC were important systems, but are now mostly devoid of bases. At the time, they contained lush/paradise planets, each with a tethered portal and nearby base locations marked by comms balls.

There are a significant number systems in which AGT Travellers had made permanent bases and farms in the region during Atlas Rises era, however it is believed that most have been removed in later eras.
