On PS4 there is a base built next to the Beyond Outpost which has the Multi-tool. On PC the outpost is marked with a few Communications Stations.
- Save and Reload on planet Artlaure.
- Travel to Local Planet Coordinates +6.66 , -94.41 on planet Molinderr Omega or the nearby space station.
