Planet type[ | ]

Nikahokotoma is a radioactive planet that will keep your radiation deflector working at all times. The normal range of radiation varies from 5.6 to 6.2 Rad, and during storms it rises to 9.6 Rad. The ground is mostly yellow-green rock with a very uneven surface and scarce plant life. The planet has few caves in which to escape the radiation. Fortunately storms are rare so caves are less important. Dotting the sky above the landscape are massive floating mesas. They are flat-topped half spheres that float high enough to walk under but also low enough that a partially upgraded jetpack will get you atop them.

Waypoints are uncommon on Nikahokotoma, but they come in many of the standard varieties. Currently antiquities, colonial outposts, and travel aids have been discovered.
