Oeileutasc is the 244th galaxy in the No Man's Sky universe.
Summary
It appears that most, if not all, players start here after reaching the center of the Zeziceloh galaxy.
One of the biggest differences is that the galactic core appears to be Electric Blue.

It is unknown whether the suffix has a specific meaning, or is simply procedurally generated.
