Summary
P. Tamisurescea is a creature in the No Man's Sky universe.
This floating member of the Bos genus is an example of a Lesser Mushroom Beetle (LMB). This creature is a fairly common site on the surface of it's home planet.
A LMB is a less rare subcategory of the player defined category Greater Mushroom Beetle. The two types are differentiated by the presence or lack of a stem on the fungal symbiote. The LMB is generally considered less rare and noteworthy than the GMB.
Appearance
The Prime Gender is the only gender that demonstrates the stemless fungal symbiote. It also features a purple exoskeleton. The Indeterminate Gender has a curved spiky crest in place of a fungal symbiote.

Found on planet Timirugh V, P. Tamisurescea has adapted to the temperate climate and humid atmosphere. Nervous and flighty, these creatures exist in a constant state of nervous excitement, ready to flee at the first sign of danger. Exceptionally fine teeth allow them to selectively eat, chewing only the most nutritious parts of otherwise tough and hard to digest plants.
