Planetary Rings are a planetary feature.
Summary
Rings are objects that surround certain planets in No Man's Sky.
Space stations and moons may appear in them and NPCs can fly through them.
Appearance
You can see a planet's rings from the surface and they range in size and width. Asteroids spawn within the rings, but they are always 'rounded' in shape and do not drop any resources when destroyed, unlike normal asteroid spawns.
