The company was founded on January 25, 2020 by Qitanian Empire citizen C-los91. Red Giant Industries is a re-incorporation of a previous company called "The Galactic Corporation" created in 2017 and based in the Elkupalos galaxy. After two years of business, the founder decided it was time for a company restructuring.
While maintaining possession of the Galactic Corp System in Elkupalos, the restructuring diversified the basic resource gathering of minerals, natural gases and plants of the company.
