Hi, I'm not at the hub yet but I love the idea behind this project! I wanted to analyze several metrics, too. I added semantic properties for day and night temperature and other values and added a query that automatically collects the data from the planets that use this! Maybe there is a way you can incorporate this, or spread the use of these properties for future research.
For example query for every planet that uses the Day_temp property:

A fine idea - are you suggesting adding these metrics to this subproject, or the general Galactic Hub planet template? And would "Day Temp" and "Night Temp" just be the points where those temperatures stabilize?

I'm not suggesting anything concrete as I don't have the time to think it through, I just wanted to make aware of the possibility this feature "semantic queries" can have. They way I use those properties right now are the peak temperatures at night or day. So before it gets warmer or colder again. You could create a property for each daytime of course! I've just started learning this feature. My Idea was to gather data of genera related to system color and stuff like that. And of course to make things like the system overview easier
