Disambig This article is about the Origins version of Alpha Minoris. For the NEXT version, see Tasyroga (NEXT).

Tasyroga is an inhabited star system.

Summary[ | ]

Tasyroga is a star system at the end of the Alpha meridian in the Euclid galaxy. It is the lower extreme coordinate for the Alpha Spiral and one of the cornerstones of Euclid. It lies directly at The Fade and is otherwise known as Alpha Minoris.

The system is under supervision of Ensign Guqoi who has succeeded the dual reign of Mux and Unjin for the local Vy'keen navy. At his side is Warrior Pajul who takes care of all matters fo security aboard the station. With the return of economic opportunity and the Gek in tow, Exporter Iihins has joined the Vy'keen navy to organize all important matters of trade with the outside world. Even the Korvax began to frequent the system here and then. Today this pocket of the galaxy is one of the safest places to be. The security is HIGH!

Aboard the space station the Vy'keen redesign led to an emphasis on greenhouses instead of the splendor and decadence of the former botanic gardens. A true warrior is ascetic!

With the rise of a nearby major rogue convergence of the Korvax The Synergy of the Traveller's Guild has opened an embassy in Alpha Minoris to monitor the situation. It is led by Traveller Aiusi.

Skjelacamen, two people testing portals to reach the center, but reaching the outer rim.

PC Original: Tasyroga

The system was under supervision of Warrior Baq. To the pride yet disfavor of its warriors, the system had been pacified and all worthy prey had been eliminated. Accordingly a more ordinary military government took over and routine set in. The more wild warriors left to find new challenges as the great hunt was over. This in turn made the few local Gek traders follow them. The hunting party was the best customer. Afterwards the system was under supervision of Ensign Mux and Ensign Unjin of the local Vy'keen navy. They were meant to vet the other to prevent corruption. After the wild west had passed the system and all prey had been hunted a more aggressive government style followed in its stead. With a strong hand and a steady patrol, the pirates never dared to return. During their shared reign this pocket of the galaxy was one of the safest places to be. Alas, to its shame the anomaly ravaged its blue pearl Skjelacamen. But the Vy'keen took it with a salty grin. Now the planet is much more fitting to train a true warrior!

Towards the birthcycle the shaky and new military government had become a solid and established entity. Now with less fear for dishonor or corruption the two former Ensign were replaced by a single Ensign with a local security officer and warrior as support. The Gek also returned, offering renewed trade offers and support for the current regime. Here and a Korvax can be seen in the system.

Planets & Moons[ | ]

  • Chris Sigma is the remnant of Skjelacamen. The former continental gaia world and trade hub of the system has seen rapid decline after the anomaly ravaged its atmosphere. Today it has turned into a peaceful scorched ringworld ready to boil visitors in its 112.3°C hot winds. That the sentinels here do not mine any traveller's presence is a minor comfort.
  • Simos VIII, the former Ogqenzhu-Amf Gerqui, was a scorched swampworld. Today it has not only lost its last liquid, it lost its entire atmosphere. After an attempt to make it hospitable, a terraforming catastrophe ruined the entire world. It is a rather peaceful dead world today.
  • Toxeter, the former Tasyroga 3 was a dead swampworld. The anomaly revived it, but it didn't become very hospitable. The sentinels don't even care to protect most of it. It is a rather peaceful and dangerous irradiated continental world with hazard storms which reach 10.9 Rad. The water itself carries a radiation of 9.7 Rad and the background radiation never falls below 6.7 Rad (Hazard Level 1).
  • Abra III, the former New Azhayk, was an irradiated pangean world. It has turned to a caustic world with 50.6 Hammett (Hazard Level 1).
  • Yubar 46/Z9, the former Zayakus, was a pangean gaia world and the second pearl of the system. Together with Skjelacamen it is a manifest for what Alpha Minoris lost. Today it has become an ice world of around -57.4°C during the day (Hazard Level 1).
  • Irus Delta has formed during the Atlassian birthcycle and is a volcanic pangean world.
