The Enigma Alliance is a "civilized" space community, currently operating independently from all other Civilizations, but is a member of the Federation.

The Enigma Alliance is a Civilized space community that occupies 11 regions of the Beta Quadrant.
The Capital is located in the Sea of Rubcan region of the Euclid galaxy.
Goal[ | ]
The main goal of the Alliance is to expand in both size and members. With each member that joins, their home system is added to the Alliance if they so wish. We believe that this will help Travelers explore the farthest reaches of Euclid, as the Alliance will be able to establish a portal network and outpost systems for all members to access. The expansion will also include the integration of other civilizations, if they so wish, to create a single, larger civilization under the rule of the God-King of Repus.
The secondary goal of the Alliance is to act as negotiators between other civilizations. Although expansion is a main goal, we understand that not every civilization wishes to lose its autonomy and as such, the Alliance offers its services as a mediator in negotiations between other civilizations, in return for a possible alliance or a possible free trade agreement.
The final goal of the Enigma Alliance is to discover the answer to the Final Question: What is Atlas? Is it truly only a Computer, as we were all told? Is it the True God who bestowed it's power upon the great God-King? Or its it something more... Malevolent?
Background[ | ]
The Alliance was the brainchild of the God-King, who wanted to create a paradise within the simulation. Unwilling to accept that reality could be a lie, or at least that his reality was only the first level of two-hundred and fifty-five total realities, Override claimed eleven regions of the first reality, Euclid, for his own. He used them as an escape, a staging ground to explore the other realities while having a way home. When other travellers found their way into Alliance space, the God-King was hesitant to allow them to freely roam, but after meeting a few and having First Contact with the Galactic Hub Project, Override opened his borders to allow others within his borders. Eventually, he started assigning his most trusted allies as Sovereigns, to stand guard over the eleven regions of the Alliance.
Naming Guidelines[ | ]
All names for moons, planets, fauna and flora within Capital Systems must stick to the theme of 'Enigma', that is, each Traveler must observe the subject and name it something that has a double meaning. All other planets, moons, fauna and flora outside of Capital Systems can be named whatever the Traveler desires, as long as the names keep the respect and decorum of the Enigma Alliance intact (etc, no vulgarity).
Joining[ | ]
To Join the Alliance as a basic Member, you must have Discord and must request membership by contacting FoolMeHardys and posting in the feed: Why you wish to join, what experience you have in NMS and what you can offer the Alliance. To Join the Alliance as a Sovereign, you must already be a member and must contact Override directly on the Discord server.
Memberships will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be rejected if we believe that you don't fit the requirements for what kind of people we wish to have in the Alliance. Modders will be considered under heavy scrutiny and if accepted, will have a probationary period of one week.
