Summary
The Hand Of Certainty is an Experimental Multi-tool in No Man's Sky that can be obtained after the player reaches the Budullangr galaxy. The S-class model comes with high Scanner bonus, and with Mass Accelerator tech pre-installed.

Originally discovered by XBox player in0pinatus during the NEXT version of the game; it was re-discovered by PC player gundam1515 in May of 2020. This was originally confirmed on PS4 as well.

- Make sure you are in the correct galaxy and turn off multiplayer. (this is a safety measure that does not always effect all players)
- Once you portal into planet Nutsfo X (Radioactive), save and reload.
- Head to the new Minor Settlement on planet Nutsfo X marked with a comms beacon or use the local coords : +20.40, +162.49
- Also note that older Com stations may be present, make sure to travel to these new local coords

These coordinates are for the Budullangr galaxy and will not work in Euclid or any other known galaxy.
