The Plamidian Empire is a civilized space community.

Summary

The Plamidian Empire was founded and created by SnakePlissken19 as a (current) independent exploring project.

Currently, there is no capital system for our people to call home. The Plamidian Empire's last updated position in the Cotureshun Cluster was on the planet Jelatunc located in the Madachi (Plamidian) system:

History (Early)

The Plamidian Empire once ruled and inhabited a vast region of planets located within the Poulwulus Adjunct in the Euclid galaxy. For over 12,000 years, a cluster of 21 stars and countless planets were the home of this nation. A nation filled with knowledge, dreams, tenacity, determination and an undoing element of arrogance. At the peak of the Plamidian Empires expanse, several biological scientists tried to push the limits of the Plamidian race by enhancing some of its citizens with unnatural biological procedures and injections to help stimulate full mental capacity, endurance and strength. Initially, the results were positive and technological advancement, productivity, health and life duration were at all-time highs. It was a time of miracles they called it. Nearly a full decade after the enhancements had gone global with most worlds; a extinction level event began within the Plamidian race. Citizens who were enhanced began dying at alarming rates. Those who were afflicted were contained initially until results came back that most of the enhanced disease affects had been contact-based, even objects that had been touched years ago still obtained strains of the genetic volatility. Ultimately, panics broke out over all worlds, outposts, trading centers and space stations. Nearly each world inhabited contained citizens who had been enhanced a decade prior, ultimately resulting in plagued worlds.

History (Present)

After many planetary civil wars (waged to fight for whatever was left, denying the inevitability of death for all), the Plamidian empire threw up one last ‘hail mary’ to save our people. Certain affected citizens or soon-to-be infected citizens underwent critical medical trials. Over a 20 year span, 2.4 million died in the tests; tests that were designed to get rid of the virus and eliminate the corrupted enhanced strain completely. In a past age of miracles, it seemed all hope was lost and the age of miracles would ultimately end with an age of extinction for our people. In the end, Jentmo II was the last planet that stood in the wake of an adjunct, pummeled by biological losses at an extinction level. 743. 743 members of our race survived the tests and were sent to a small settling ship that could be accessed by no one else except for citizens of the 743. Jentmo II’s remaining brilliant scientists warped our ship off into the cosmos and ultimately to our fate. A race once comprised of 23.1 billion people, reduced to a mere 743 souls. For two years we drifted through the cosmos, surviving on the ship’s technological promises. Trakda 13, year 12,132 will be a date that will forever live in the minds and souls of the 743. Sirens began to go off in the dormant halls of our floating spaceship; good sirens! A suitable garden world was located in the Cotureshun Cluster. After years of no hope and death, our future now is filled with hope and life once again. The Plamidian Empire will hopefully flourish once again someday; but all good things take time.

Goal/Mission

The Plamidian Empire's goal is to explore new worlds and eventually settle habitable Garden Worlds. If our race is to survive, we will survivable planets to live on. Our main and primary goal is finding such worlds known as ‘garden worlds’. Other goals are simply to explore and document all finding within the Cotureshun Cluster and also to increase peace relations with the Gek, Korvax, and Vy'keen.

What is a Garden World?

To be classed as a garden world by the project, three different factors of each planet / moon must be looked at, usually in the order listed below. For more detail of each different factor please see the Garden World wiki page.

Weather

  • Only worlds with Cold and Lush biomes are considered habitable depending on all other factors.
  • No Extreme weather on cold worlds.

Sentinel Activity

  • The level of sentinel activity must not be high enough for them to attack on sight.

Flora & Fauna

  • Flora must be present in some form.
  • Fauna may or may not be present, however if present will raise the status of the planet / moon.

Bases

Jentmo II - Old base.
