The Union Of Communal Stars is a civilized space community.
Summary[ | ]
This organization has ceased operations, and is no longer in existence. IT OFFICIALLY DISSOLVED ON THE 4TH OF MARCH 2021, AFTER THE PREMIER, THE_DARKNESS473- JOINED THE KRILLFEDERATION OF SOVIET SOCIALIST SYSTEMS. THE PREVIOUSLY OWNED SYSTEMS ARE NOW OPEN TO COLONIZATION, AND CAN BE CLAIMED AND USED FREELY BY ALL INDIVIDUALS. ALL INTERESTED MEMBERS/INDIVIDUALS ARE INSTEAD REQUESTED TO JOIN THE KSSS.
The Union Of Communal Stars is a Civilized space community. It focuses on Profit and Progress, as well as Discovery and Science. The region aims to provide wealth and other Alms to fellow explorers, in addition to other civilizations. Whilst following a communist economy, the Union has no affiliations with real life equivalent civilizations. The region wishes for peace throughput the Euclid galaxy, and will in no way initiate hostile activities with/ against other civilization, however, if any civilization attacks The Union or any other Civilization, The Union shall not hesitate to retaliate against the offender.
It is located in the Aujinun Band region of the Euclid galaxy.
Mission[ | ]
Our mission is to provide wealth and Progress to all travelers. We wish to expand throughout Euclid, and spread wealth and Prosperity to all. We wish to provide Euclid a peaceful solution for every issue. We are always there to initiate peace talks between civilizations.
Background[ | ]
The civilization was founded when the Great Leader The_Darkness473- wished to see equality and peace throughout Euclid. In order to achieve this, they decided to initiate a new civilization which would act as a bridge between several civilizations. It features a strictly democratic system of Government. The economy is a communist economy. All members must provide their wealth to the Union, ONLY when requested. The civilization was founded in the Beta Quadrant, near the Pilgrim Star. All civilians or "Comrades" are allowed to claim and build on planets. They may discover whatever they want. The discoveries may be posted as ones own, however, the region must be listed as The Union Of Communal Stars.
It follows a government of Strict Democracy, whilst using Communism in its economy. The Leader of the Union is referred to as the Leader, whilst civilians are known as Comrades. The Union is strictly against unfair politics. All civilians have 1 vote. Most bills, when passed are voted on by all civilians, except Special Bills which usually regard administration or Military decisions.
Naming Guidelines[ | ]
Members are encouraged to name planets/moons with UCS in the System Name. The planet names can be whatever you wish. Creatures and fauna may be renamed, however, members are requested to name them as such (Minus the Quotes):- "UCS [Procgen Animal Name] [Region Name]"

If you want to join, you should travel to the capital system and construct a simple outpost on the planet "UCS Atlas Colonial Planet", and enter your name on the members list here. Quite Simple!

Systems Discovered[ | ]
The following systems have been discovered:
1) UCS-[Red Omegon] :- The port system. The region where most player arrive and get their bearings. Some resorts and trade stations are under construction, A small outpost has been constructed on Planet Soviet Prime to escape the Severe Storms.
2) UCS-[Yellow Sickle] :- The capital system. This system has the first colony of the Civilization (Beta Colony), as well as the Capital Office, residence of the Glorious Leader.
3) UCS [Green Purity] :- The Community system. This system is clean of any player involvement. Players are encouraged to build their bases and constructs here.
4)UCS [Blue Abyss] :- The dangerous conflicting system. Perfect for travelers looking for combat! The system also has three (3) planets, two (2) of which are anomalous. A great tourist spot. Perfect for historians and Lore Studying Civilians.
5)UCS [Red Banner] :- The tourist system. This system is open for consumers to build resorts and Points Of Interest. The System is currently open for commercial development. NOTE:- Any person wanting to set up Tourism related businesses in the system must contact the UCS Assembly.

Rules for this civilization include:
1) All travelers must be referred to as Comrade
2) All travelers must respond to the call of the Union when called.
3) All travelers must be kind to each other, and never abuse each other.
4) All members must agree to the Democratic Government structure.
5) All members must agree to the communist economy, but may also apply for exclusion from this system, prompting instead for Farm/Factory based Taxation.
