Warp Reactor Sigma is a starship upgrade.

The Warp Reactor Sigma is the level 1 upgrade for a starship's Hyperdrive.
The Warp Reactor improves the Hyperdrive capabilities. Allowing higher warp speeds and increasing the distance that can be traveled by 100ly.
When placed adjacent to Hyperdrive or other technologies that align with Hyperdrive technology, the player will receive additional bonuses.

Hyperdrive is granted more robust deep space exploration capabilities and ability to leap to stars previously out of reach. Please exercise caution while traveling alone in deep space. User is advised to access Hyperdrive systems through Galactic Map.
How to acquire[ | ]
- The blueprint for this technology is given to the player by Polo.
- Also available from Gek nanite merchants.
Crafting[ | ]
Warp Reactor Sigma cannot be crafted.
Original formula:
- Dynamic Resonator x1 + Iridium x200 + Frost Crystal x1000 → Warp Reactor Sigma

- Operates automatically when located in a player's Starship inventory.
- Does not require fuel or recharging
- Required to warp to Class K Star System (Orange Stars)
